1. How can I ensure my family stays in the same room (3 people)?

To ensure all three stay in the same room, registrations must be completed as follows:

• Husband: double room registration

• Wife: double room registration

• Child: quadruple room registration

 

After completing all registrations, an email must be sent requesting room allocation.

Include in the email:

• Full name of all room occupants

• Tax ID (CPF for Brazilians) or Passport Number (for international participants)

Subject: Room Allocation – GSA 2026

 

This allows the team to locate the registrations and organize the room accordingly.

2. How can I ensure my family stays in the same room (4 people)?

In this case, all participants must register for the quadruple room option:

• Husband: quadruple room

• Wife: quadruple room

• Child: quadruple room

• Child: quadruple room

No. Minors must be accommodated with a responsible adult or authorized person.
